CURRENT SITUATION ABOUT COVID-19

Due to the current global situation with the corona virus, we are also experiencing occasional delays in delivery. Please be patient, we will answer your questions and give you feedback on the status of your order as soon as possible.

How long does the delivery take?

As a rule, the dispatch of the ordered goods takes 5-7 working days after they have been printed.

Do the goods have to be printed first?

Exactly - our products are only created on request. As a result, we minimize storage space and have no goods that are not sold. We are doing something good for the environment and contributing to climate protection.

Where is it printed?

All products are printed in Europe. (Munich, Barcelona and Riga)

To which address will the ordered goods be sent?

To the address you provide when ordering.

Is there a shop where I can try on the goods beforehand?

No. We operate exclusively online.

How long will it take for my email to be answered?

Your email will be processed as soon as possible. Please give us 24-72 hours (Monday to Friday) to process your request.

I waited 72 hours and got no response. What to do?

As a rule, all e-mails are processed within 72 hours at the latest. Please note that emails are not processed on weekends. If you still haven't received an answer, it's possible that your e-mail ended up in our spam folder. This is checked once a week. Just write us an email if you think we didn't get the email.

My order has not arrived - what to do?

Check that the address you provided is correct.

The address is correct - check the scheduled delivery date.

The adress is right. The order is still on the way longer than planned - what to do?

If your delivery has not arrived more than three days after the scheduled delivery date, then write us an email and let us know. We will take care of your request as soon as possible. Please be sure to include your order number .

Shipping?

We calculate shipping costs within the EU for orders under €60 from €4.99.

From 60€ order value you get free shipping (ONLY within the EU)

I do not receive free shipping at check-out despite the value of the goods >60€!

In this case, enter the code OVER60 at check-out.

Is the shipment insured in case of loss?

Yes, our shipping is insured. You will get your money back if the order does not arrive.

Money back at Reotoure?

We will refund your money upon receipt of the unworn/undamaged item. However, without shipping costs - these are borne by the buyer.

What are the sizes?

Check the product page for exact sizing information for each product. Please compare them before you order. As a rule, our sizes are comparable to the most common well-known brands.
